Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of Umbilical cord Mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in the treatment of brainstem chronic disease patients. 

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究设计：

连续入组

纳入标准：

（1）脑干疾病慢性期：包括脑干出血、脑干梗塞以及脑干损伤等病因导致的脑干软化灶形成。 （2）头部CT或MRI明确显示脑干病灶。 

Inclusion criteria

1. Brainstem chronic diseases: including the brainstem hemorrhage, brainstem infarct and brain stem injury and other causes leading to the formation of malacia of the brainstem; 2. Clearly diagnosis on CT or MRI. 

排除标准：

（1）脑血管疾病急性期，（2）严重心血管疾病。（3）免疫力低下或正在使用免疫抑制剂。 

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute cerebral vascular disease; 2. Severe cardiovascular disease; 3. Imunocompromised or using immunosuppressive agents.
