研究目的：

一）通过多中心随机对照研究，客观规范地评价清心培土法治疗AD的疗效和优势。 （二）在上述研究的基础上，制定形成方案的应用规范和指南。 （三）围绕基层医生“简、便、廉”的诊疗需求，在专家讨论的基础上，在基层开展AD中医诊疗方案的推广和应用研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effectiveness and safety of the traditional Chinese Formula of HCAH for atopic dermatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

糠酸莫米松乳膏 外用激素类软膏 太子参、灯芯等 内服中药为中药饮片，具体处方保密。 盐酸赛庚啶 抗组胺药物。 金银花等 外用中药由免煎颗粒组成，具体处方保密。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Cyproheptadine the oral dosage is less than 0.25mg/kg/ day. Mometasone Furo Mometasone Furoate Cream were used in the inflammatory area twice daily chinese herbs The oral formula consists of one essential formula and two secondary herbs variating with clinical symptoms of patients,but the components are in secret temporarily. chinese herbs consisted of four plant materials,and the components are in secret temporarily. 

纳入标准：

1)符合Hanifin和Rajika AD诊断标准者；
2)年龄在5～25岁；
3)符合中、重度活动型特应性湿疹（AD）的评分标准；
4)病程≥1年，1年中皮损缓解时间<3月者。
5)受试者签署同意参加本研究的书面知情同意书 (18岁以下患者由其父母或监护人签字)

Inclusion criteria

Signed informed consent (or by guardian for those minors); Clinical diagnosis of AD (Hanifin and Rajka criteria); Moderate to Severe flared patients (Rajka and Langeland criteria); Between the age of 5 to 25 years; The course of disease more than 1 year, and the time of anesis less than 3 months.

排除标准：

1)2周内系统应用过激素、抗组胺药物或免疫抑制剂等药物治疗者；
2)目前正在参加或在本研究前1个月内参加过其它治疗AD临床研究的患者；
3)患者本人是直接参与本研究工作的研究者；
4)有可能无法完成本研究全过程的患者；
5)不适宜用此临床研究方法进行治疗的患者，如对治疗药物过敏的患者；处于生育年龄有孕育要求者；孕妇或处于哺乳期的患者；
6)血液系统、肝、肾、心等各系统检查有显著异常者；合并心血管、肝、肾、脑和造血系统等严重原发性疾病者；患有精神疾病、恶性肿瘤者；合并有需要治疗的其他皮肤疾病或有明确感染指征的患者；
7)哮喘急性发作期或需要系统应用激素维持治疗患者

Exclusion criteria：

Unmoral full blood counts and renal and hepatic founction tests; Had any other serious concomitant illness; Other severe skin disease; Who had received systematic corticosteroids, antibiotics, PUVA, or other immunosuppressive treatment within the previous 2 weeks; Pregnancy or intending to become Pregnancy, or were breastfeeding; Epilepsy; Patient included in all other studies; known hypersensitivity to the drug; Abuse of drugs.
