Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect and safety of postoperatively application of gemcitabine in patients with radical resection of biliary tract cancers.

纳入标准：

胆管癌根治术R0及R1术后患者.

Inclusion criteria

1. Male and female without age restrict;
2. The patients with biliary tract cancer who had undergone radical resection.

排除标准：

严重的心肺功能不全,术后严重并发症不能耐受化疗者.

Exclusion criteria：

The patients who can not endure chemotherapy.
