Objectives of Study：

Fast dynamic evaluation of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with routine western medicine treatment on mortality and incidence of complications for pandemic influenza A(H1N1) cases of critical condition

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 凡符合以上（WHO三类诊断）甲型H1N1流感危重型，中医辨证属于脱证病例。本人或其监护人同意参加随机对照研究并签署知情同意书者。临床诊断包括WHO诊断标准中的疑似病例、临床诊断病例和病原学确诊甲型H1N1流感患者。对性别、病情轻重、有无基础疾病、并发症、妊娠、肥胖等均不做限制。病例是否接种流感疫苗不作为纳入的限定。
(2)年龄≥6岁

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet with the diagnostic standard of pandemic influenza A(H1N1) cases of critical condition including suspected cases, clinical diagnosis cases, confirmed cases, and belonging to depletion syndrome; (2)age: 6 and over; (3) patients or their guardians agree to participate in randomized controlled trials and signed the informed consent

排除标准：

过敏体质者(指对两种以上的药品或食品过敏或本次研究用药已知成份过敏)

中西医结合综合治疗组：在西医综合治疗的基础上，根据病情选用热毒宁注射液或喜炎平注射液，丹参注射液，必要时加入参麦注射液或参附注射液。具体如下：患者若出现持续高热、咳嗽、咯黄痰时：可选用热毒宁注射液或喜炎平注射液。热毒宁注射液使用方法：6～10岁患者，一日热毒宁注射液10ml, 以5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液200ml稀释后静脉滴注，1次/日；11～13岁患者，一日热毒宁注射液15ml，以5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml稀释后静脉滴注，1次/日；

西医综合治疗组：包括对症、抗病毒、抗感染、支持治疗（水、电解质紊乱患者予补液、氧疗、营养、呼吸机、血液滤过等治疗）。

干预措施：

14岁以上患者，一日热毒宁注射液20ml，以5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml稀释后静脉滴注，1次/日。滴速为30-60滴/分钟。喜炎平注射液使用方法：一日250mg，加入5%葡萄糖注射液或氯化纳注射液250ml中滴注；小儿酌减或遵医嘱。若患者出现胸闷，胸痛，热入营血的征兆，则加用丹参注射液。丹参注射液使用方法：20ml，加入5%葡萄糖注射液或氯化纳注射液250ml静脉滴注，每日1次。若患者出现气阴两虚的心悸、呼吸气促、烦躁不安、面色潮红、四肢逆冷，皮肤干燥，口燥咽干，舌红绛少津，脉细数等早期休克的表现时，选用参麦注射液。

参麦注射液使用方法：100ml，20ml/h静脉泵入，每日1次。或根据临床实际情况应用。若患者出现阳气暴脱的厥脱征象时，如神志淡漠甚至昏蒙，冷汗淋漓，面色苍白，四肢不温，舌暗淡，苔白，
