观察原发可疑房角关闭的长期效应  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the long term effect of laser peripherial iridotomy in primary angle closure suspects

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥40岁；
2.无眼科手术史和激光虹膜切开手术史；
3.双眼都有窄房角（静态下：房角镜下至少180度看不见功能小梁）；
4.无周边虹膜前粘连；
5.眼压≤21mmHg

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >=40;
(2) patients in whom posterior (usually pigmented) trabecular meshwork is seen for less than 180 degree in both eyes;
(3) No signs of peripherical anterior synechia;
(4) Intraocular pressure <=21mmHg.

排除标准：

1.具有周边虹膜前粘连 PAS；
2.原发性闭角型青光眼；
3.IOP≥21mmHg；
4.年龄小于40岁；
5.2年内可能离开居住地者；
6.严重的全身病影响随访者(晚期的心脏病、肾病、肺病、癌症)；
7.内眼手术、穿通性眼外伤史者；
8.介质混浊无法行激光治疗者（如角膜云翳）；
9.曾有急性房角关闭发作的病人（虹膜挛缩 局部虹膜萎缩 青光眼斑）；
10.因视神经及眼底疾病，经常需要散瞳眼底检查的患者；
11．未能签署知情同意书的患者；
12．具有发生急性闭角型青光眼高风险的病人（暗室俯卧试验或者散瞳后IOP升高超过15mmHg

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With peripheral anterior synechia(PAS);
(2) Primary angle-closure glaucoma;
(3) IOP >=21mmHg;
(4) who probably shift the place of residence within 2 years;
(5) Serious systemic disease from the impact of following disease: heart disease, kidney disease, lung disease and cancer;
(6) history of intraocular surgery,laser peripheral iridotomy or penetrating ocular trauma;
(7) Corneal stromal opacities which can not perform laser treatment visit (such as corneal nebula cloud);
(8) history of acute angle closure attack (partial iris atrophy, iris contracture spot glaucoma);
(9) always need to do the fundus examination mydriasis because of the optic nerve orretinal disease;
(10) Patients who failed to sign the informed consent;
(11) high-risk of acute angle-closure glaucoma (darkroom provocative test or elevated IOP after mydriasis increased for more than 15mmHg).
