研究目的：

评价中药治疗艾滋病HAART致血液毒性反应的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for for the hematological toxic reaction caused by HARRT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

叶酸 腺苷辅酶B12 八珍汤加味 利血生片 铁剂 肾气丸合人参养荣汤加减 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合艾滋病患者经HAART治疗后致血液毒性作用的诊断标准。
2、年龄：18岁-65岁。
3、近1个月内未接受过影响本试验观察的药物治疗。
4、近4个月内无输血治疗史。
5、受试者自愿并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with hematological toxic reaction caused by HARRT;
2. aged 18 to 65 years old;
3. Patients did not receive medicine that interfere the observation of this trial in last month;
4. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent;
5. Patients receiving no blood transfusion in last 4 months.

排除标准：

1、根据WHO抗癌药物分级标准血液毒性作用Ⅲ级及以上需要换药者。
2、对本试验观察的药物过敏或不能耐受者。
3、患有严重心肝肾疾患、精神疾病，包括严重的癔症等。
4、妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或准备妊娠妇女。
5、血液病以及据研究者判断可能干扰试验结果或增加患者治疗风险的任何病史患者
6、接受其他中药治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with grade III of hematological toxic reaction according to the WHO anti-tumor drug classification and needing change therapy;
2. Pregnant or lactating women, or women who have birth plan;
3. Patients with severe heart, liver or kidney disease or psychological disease including severe hysteria;
4. Patients receiving other TCM therapy;
5. Patients with other hematological disease that could confound the results or increase risk.
