RCT study: To compare placement of fixtion plate in the clavicle fracture if the Above is better than the ahead

纳入标准：

纳入标准：锁骨骨折
骨折类型：横型骨折，斜型骨折，粉碎骨折；

Inclusion criteria

clavicle fractureType of fracture: transverse fracture, oblique fracture, comminuted fracture;

排除标准：

小儿<12 、年老体弱不适合手术者、严重的心肺肝肾疾病、精神疾病不配合者、拒绝手术者,胸腔积液、出血倾向、金属过敏

Exclusion criteria：

Children younger than 12, the elderly and infirm is not suitable for surgery, serious heart and lung liver and kidney disease, mental illness do not match, refused surgery,Pleural effusion, bleeding tendency, metal allergy
