研究目的：

探究小剂量艾司氯胺酮对胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者的肺保护作用及术后焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate The Effect of Low Dose of S-ketamine on the Lung Protection and Postoperative Anxiety and Depression of Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Lobectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级；
2. 18～65岁；
3. 计划接受胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-65 years;
2. ASA was classified as I-III;
3. Patients who Undergoing Thoracoscopic Lobectomy.

排除标准：

1. 有艾司氯胺酮使用禁忌症的患者；
2. 精神病发作史；
3. 认知功能障碍；
4. 肺部手术史；
5. 术中使用激素治疗者；
6. 酗酒或经常使用镇静镇痛药物者；
7. 严重的肝、肾、心血管等系统性疾病；
8. 中风史，头部外伤史、颅内肿块或出血史；
9. 无法交流；
10. 参加其他药物试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients with contraindications to use esmketamine;
2. History of psychotic attack;
3. Cognitive impairment;
4. History of lung surgery;
5. Hormone therapy was used during operation;
6. Alcoholism or frequent use of sedative and analgesic drugs;
7. Serious liver, kidney, cardiovascular and other systemic diseases;
8. History of stroke, head injury, intracranial mass or hemorrhage;
9. Unable to communicate;
10. Participate in other drug trials.

Patients were randomly divided into s-ketamine group (S Group) and control group (C group). The grouping was kept in a password envelope by a nurse who did not participate in the trial. The patients, anesthesiologists and surgeons were blinded in the experimental grouping.
