评价在农村地区开展基于App的学龄前儿童非故意伤害干预的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effectiveness of an app-based intervention for unintentional injury of preschoolers in rural areas.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.至少稳定居住1年以上的常住人口，包括所选幼儿园中的学龄前儿童及其主要看护人； 2.儿童看护人拥有智能手机并能独立使用应用软件； 3.儿童看护人同意配合及参与研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Permanent resident population living in local areas for at least the past 12 months, including preschoolers and their primary caregivers in selected kindergartens; 2.Caregivers own a smart phone and are able to use applications (App) independently; 3.Caregivers agree to cooperate and participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.儿童看护人无独立学习能力或中文阅读能力; 2.即将或中途很大可能移居到外地的儿童及其看护人。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Caregivers have no independent learning ability or Chinese text reading ability (illiterate person); 2.Caregiver and their children is about to move to another city during the study time period.

本研究采用整群随机化。首先从两个项目点所有幼儿园（仅纳入在校学生≥150人且愿意参与本研究的幼儿园）中选取24所幼儿园；然后以幼儿园为单位，分别将两个项目点入选的幼儿园随机分配到干预组或对照组。整个随机化过程采用SAS程序实现，由一名独立的研究人员完成。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Cluster randomization will be used. 24 kindergartens which contain more than 150 students and are willing to participate in this study will be selected from all kindergartens in two project sites, and will be randomly allocated to either the intervention group or control group at the preschool level. Randomization procedure will be performed by SAS software and completed by an independent reseacher.
