研究目的：

1．建立WMD科学合理的问卷调查方法及质量控制体系； 2．探索WMD疼痛部位的规律，对WMD进行危险分层； 3. 评估WMD的危害及现阶段WMD不同治疗方案的近期、远期效果； 4. 评估WMD干预的疗效、安全性；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a WMD scientific and reasonable questionnaire survey method and quality control system; 2. Exploring the regularity of WMD pain sites and risk stratification of WMD; 3. Assess the hazards of WMD and the short-term and long-term effects of different WMD treatment options at this stage; 4. Assess the efficacy and safety of WMD intervention

纳入标准：

1.医学工作者
2.在知情同意基础上自愿接受问卷调查和追踪随访者

Inclusion criteria

1. medical staff;
2. Voluntarily accept questionnaires and follow up followers on the basis of informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）除医学专业外其他专业及社会人员。
（2）参加工作之前已临床确诊（颈、腰椎间盘突出症 、类风关、痛风、强直性脊柱炎等风湿免疫类致痛性疾病 、各种神经病理性疼痛、雷诺氏症、脉管炎、肌骨系统先天性发育异常、癌症、有各种外科手术史、精神疾病及老年认知障碍不能真实表达自己意愿配合调查者。
?（3）参加工作之后其他非工作原因（如孕妇、长时间玩手机、电脑等电子设备、意外伤害等）导致的颈部、肩部、腰部、背部、肘部、手腕、髋臀部、膝部、足踝部等疼痛或不适等不符合纳入标准者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) medical staff, other professional and social personnel;
(2) Clinically diagnosed before the work (neck, lumbar disc herniation, wind-like, gout, ankylosing spondylitis and other rheumatic immune-like painful diseases, various neuropathic pain, Raynaud's disease, vasculitis, Congenital dysplasia of the musculoskeletal system, cancer, history of various surgeries, mental illness, and cognitive impairment in the elderly cannot truly express their willingness to cooperate with the investigator;
(3) Neck, shoulder, waist, back, elbow, wrist, hip and hip, knees caused by other non-work reasons (such as pregnant women, long-term mobile phone, computer and other electronic equipment, accidental injury, etc.) Pain or discomfort such as foot and ankle, etc. do not meet the inclusion criteria.
