研究目的：

验证tDCS联合MIT应用于卒中后失语症的安全性、有效性及潜在神经机制  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the safety, efficacy and potential neural mechanisms of tDCS combined with MIT in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 右利手； 2. 汉语为母语； 3. 首次缺血性脑卒中（诊断符合中华医学会神经病学分会脑血管病学组制定的《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点 2019》共识）； 4. 受损侧为左半球； 5. 病程大于等于 1 周且小于等于 1 月； 6. 男女不限； 7. 年龄 18-70 岁； 8. 失语商小于 93.8 分，存在语言功能障碍并被诊断为失语症； 9. 中国失语症流利性特征量表得分 9-13 分； 10. 能理解、配合完成所有评估项目并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Right-handed; 2. Native Chinese speaker; 3. First ischemic stroke (diagnosis meets the consensus of the Chinese Medical Association Neurology Branch Cerebrovascular Disease Group 'Key Points for Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019'); 4. Affected side is the left hemisphere; 5. Course of disease is at least 1 week and no more than 1 month; 6. No gender restriction; 7. Age 18-70 years; 8. Aphasia quotient less than 93.8, with language dysfunction and diagnosed with aphasia; 9. Score of 9-13 on the Chinese Aphasia Fluency Feature Scale; 10. Able to understand and cooperate with all assessments and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.卒中再发或多发；
2.头部金属植入物；
3.癫痫病史；
4.敏感头皮；
5.严重构音障碍；
6.严重视听障碍；
7.其他内科疾病不稳定状态；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Recurrent or multiple strokes;
2.Metallic implants in the head;
3.History of epilepsy;
4.Sensitive scalp;
5.Severe dysarthria;
6.Severe visual and auditory impairment;
7.Unstable conditions of other internal diseases;
