研究自身免疫性胶质纤维酸性蛋白星形细胞病的延迟诊断与误诊情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of autoimmune glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) astrocytopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.细胞结合免疫荧光法（CBA）检测脑脊液 GFAP-IgG 阳性；
2.临床表现至少包含脑膜炎、脑炎、脊髓炎、视神经炎其中一项；
3.经系统评估排除其他可解释病情的疾病；
4.临床资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.Positive results of cerebrospinal fluid GFAP-IgG detected by cell-based assay (CBA);
2.The clinical manifestations included at least one of meningitis, encephalitis, myelitis and optic neuritis.
3.Other diseases that could account for the symptoms were ruled out after systematic evaluation.
4.Sufficient and intact clinical information;

排除标准：

1.合并颅内肿瘤、中枢神经系统感染、神经退行性疾病、代谢性脑病、中毒性脑病及其他类型自身免疫性脑炎者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients complicated with intracranial tumors, central nervous system infections, neurodegenerative diseases, metabolic encephalopathy, toxic encephalopathy, and other types of autoimmune encephalitis.
