研究目的：

建立标准化、可扩展的深圳市多中心血液透析专病队列动态数据库；描绘深圳血透人群关键临床与实验室指标的长期轨迹图谱；分析深圳血透人群关键临床与实验室指标对预后的因果效应估计值；开发并验证深圳血透人群长期预后预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a standardized and scalable dynamic database for the multi-center hemodialysis-specific cohort in Shenzhen; to map the long-term trajectories of key clinical and laboratory indicators among Shenzhen hemodialysis patients; to estimate the causal effects of these indicators on patient long-term prognosis; and to develop and validate a long-term prognostic prediction model for Shenzhen hemodialysis population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18周岁及以上；
2.慢性肾脏病5期；
3.在参研中心接受维持性血液透析治疗；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 years or older;
2.Diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 5 (CKD stage 5);
3.Receiving maintenance hemodialysis at participating study centers;

排除标准：

1.在血透信息管理系统中无连续3个月及以上的治疗记录；
2.透析频次为每周2至4次；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Without consecutive treatment records of 3 months or more in the hemodialysis information management system;
2.Dialysis 2 to 4 times weekly;
