研究目的：

基于CGM数据分析2型糖尿病患者黎明现象的临床特征，包括黎明现象发生率、血糖升高幅度、持续时间、发生时间窗等；探寻糖尿病患者发生黎明现象的相关影响因素，涵盖人口学特征、临床生化指标、糖尿病病程、糖尿病并发症、治疗方案等。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on CGM data, to analyze the clinical characteristics of dawn phenomenon in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, including the incidence rate of dawn phenomenon, the magnitude of blood glucose elevation, duration, and time window of occurrence. To explore the related influencing factors of dawn phenomenon in diabetic patients, covering demographic characteristics, clinical and biochemical indicators, duration of diabetes, diabetic complications, treatment regimens and other factors.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18岁，男女不限； 2.糖尿病入组标准：2型糖尿病的诊断符合世界卫生组织（1999年）的诊断标准； 3.佩戴雅培瞬感（FreeStyle Libre）动态血糖仪，且CGM监测时长≥72小时，且有效覆盖数据率≥80%（信号干扰等无效记录后的血糖值）； 4.佩戴动态血糖期间，每天至少有4次毛细血管血糖读数进行校准； 5.有稳定的糖尿病治疗方案； 6.临床资料完整（包括人口学特征、生化指标、用药史等）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged over 18 years, no restriction on gender; 2.Inclusion criteria for diabetes: The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus conforms to the World Health Organization (1999) diagnostic criteria; 3.Wearing Abbott FreeStyle Libre continuous glucose monitor; the CGM monitoring duration is no less than 72 hours, and the valid coverage data rate is no less than 80% (blood glucose values excluding invalid records such as signal interference); 4.During CGM wearing period, capillary blood glucose calibration was performed at least four times per day; 5.With a stable therapeutic regimen for diabetes; 6.Complete clinical data were available (including demographic characteristics, biochemical indicators, medication history, etc.).

排除标准：

1.非2型糖尿病，包括1型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病、胰源性糖尿病、单基因糖尿病或与囊性纤维化相关的糖尿病； 2.CGM数据不完整或存在明显质量问题； 3.CGM数据提示严重且反复发作的低血糖者； 4.精神疾病患者无法配合资料收集者； 5.临床资料不完整，无法满足研究分析需求。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-type 2 diabetes mellitus, including type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, pancreatogenic diabetes, monogenic diabetes, or cystic fibrosis-related diabetes; 2.Incomplete CGM data or data with obvious quality defects; 3.Patients with severe and recurrent hypoglycemia indicated by CGM data; 4.Patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with data collection; 5.Incomplete clinical data that cannot meet the requirements for research analysis.
