本研究旨在阐明老年结直肠癌患者术后延迟性肠麻痹（PPOI）的关键影响因素，并构建个体化预测模型，为优化围手术期管理提供循证依据，最终降低老年患者术后并发症风险。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to elucidate the key factors influencing postoperative prolonged ileus (PPOI) in elderly patients with colorectal cancer and to develop an individualized predictive model, thereby providing evidence-based support for optimizing perioperative management and ultimately reducing the risk of postoperative complications in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁的患者；
2.经病理确诊为结直肠癌；
3.接受根治性肠癌手术（包括腹腔镜和开腹手术）；
4.完整的围术期临床资料；
5.术后随访资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged >=60 years; 2.Pathologically diagnosed with colorectal cancer; 3.Undergoing radical colorectal surgery (including laparoscopic and open procedures); 4.Complete perioperative clinical data; 5.Comprehensive postoperative follow-up records.

排除标准：

1.急诊手术病例；
2.姑息性手术病例；
3.术中发现远处转移（M1期）；
4.术前已存在肠功能障碍（如慢性肠梗阻、假性肠梗阻）；
5.合并严重神经系统疾病影响胃肠功能评估；
6.临床资料不完整者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Emergency surgical cases;
2.Palliative surgical cases;
3.Intraoperative discovery of distant metastasis (Stage M1);
4.Pre-existing intestinal dysfunction (e.g., chronic intestinal obstruction, pseudo-obstruction);
5.Concurrent severe neurological disorders affecting gastrointestinal function assessment;
6.Incomplete clinical data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过医院电子病历系统连续筛选出2026年03月31日及以前年龄≥60岁结直肠癌根治术患者，通过回顾性研究，收集患者人口学资料、术前疾病特点、手术相关、麻醉相关等基线临床特点资料，由研究者及时填写至数据收集表，以保证内容准确，总结及时。数据收集表一般不应涂改，如果确有错误需要修改，应当在修改处签名签日期。资料的保存：研究者应当使资料保存完整。按照我国GCP原则，资料保存应在研究结束后10年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Consecutive screening was conducted via the hospital’s electronic medical record system to identify patients aged ≥60 years who underwent curative resection for colorectal cancer on or before March 31, 2026. Through a retrospective study, baseline clinical data—including demographic information, preoperative disease characteristics, surgical details, and anesthesia-related information—were collected. Investigators promptly entered these data into the case report form (CRF) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of summarization. The CRF should generally not be altered; however, if corrections are necessary, the investigator must sign and date the modification. Data storage: Investigators must ensure complete retention of all study documentation. Per China’s Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, such documentation must be retained for 10 years following study completion.
