研究目的：

1 本研究通过转录组数据PPI互作网络筛选AR与OSA相关的生物标志物，分析生物标志物参与的富集通路情况等，进而深入了解AR与OSA发生和发展所涉及的分子特征。 2 最后通过RT-qPCR实验验证生物标志物的表达是否与生物信息学结果具有一致性。发现新的潜在治疗靶点，为AR与OSA的临床治疗提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1 To screen biomarkers associated with allergic rhinitis (AR) and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) through PPI interaction network based on transcriptome data, analyze enrichment pathways involved in these biomarkers, and further explore the molecular characteristics underlying the occurrence and progression of AR and OSA. 2 To verify the consistency between biomarker expression levels and bioinformatic results via RT‑qPCR experiments, identify novel potential therapeutic targets, and provide evidence for clinical treatment of AR and OSA.

纳入标准：

1 就诊我院的患者年龄在18岁以上（包含18岁）； 2 诊断符合《成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停多学科诊疗指南（2018）》。 3 过敏性鼻炎患者，根据症状、体征及过敏源检测结果分为变应性鼻炎。过敏性鼻炎诊断符合中国变应性鼻炎诊断和治疗指南（2022年，修订版）

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged >=18 years who attend our hospital. 2.Diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea complies with the Multidisciplinary Clinical Guidelines for Adult Obstructive Sleep Apnea (2018). 3.Diagnosis of allergic rhinitis is determined based on clinical symptoms, physical signs and allergen detection results, in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis (Revised 2022).

排除标准：

1.2周内有上呼吸道感染； 2.自身免疫性疾病及遗传病，和其他基础疾病（高血压，糖尿病，copd等）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks. 2.Patients with autoimmune diseases, genetic diseases, or other underlying diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), etc.).
