研究目的：

本研究旨在系统识别护士在患者安全事件中的第二受害者高危人群，描绘其多维特征画像，为精准干预提供依据。具体目的包括：（1）基于人口学、职业心理、组织支持及事件相关因素，厘清第二受害者的高危特征与分布规律；（2）构建多维度的第二受害者高危人群画像；（3）基于画像结果，提出分层次、个体化的护理支持策略与组织干预建议，以降低安全事件对护士心理与职业发展的负面冲击，促进护理队伍稳定与患者安全文化持续改进。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically identify high-risk groups among nurses as second victims in patient safety incidents, delineate their multidimensional characteristic profiles, and provide an evidence base for targeted interventions. The specific objectives are as follows:(1) To identify the high-risk characteristics and distribution patterns of second victims based on demographic, occupational psychological, organizational support, and event-related factors;(2) To construct multidimensional profiles of high-risk groups of second victims;(3) To propose tiered and individualized nursing support strategies as well as organizational intervention recommendations based on the profiling results, thereby mitigating the negative impacts of patient safety incidents on nurses’ psychological well-being and career development, promoting nursing workforce stability, and fostering continuous improvement of the patient safety culture.

纳入标准：

1. 取得护士职业资格证； 2. 从事临床护理工作3个月及以上； 3. 工作期间经历过患者安全事件。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hold a valid nurse practice license; 2. Have been engaged in clinical nursing work for at least 3 months; 3. Have experienced a patient safety incident during work.

排除标准：

1. 见习、实习或外院进修护士； 2. 调查期间不在岗，包括休假、外派学习等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses in orientation, internship, or external hospital training programs; 2. Not on duty during the survey period, including those on leave, on secondment for study, or other absences.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过电子问卷收集资料。研究者就调查目的、对象及问卷填写方法进行说明，取得医院许可后，将问卷链接发至微信工作群。问卷首页设置指导语，告知调查目的、方法及填写注意事项等。问卷后台将所有条目设置为“必填”并匿名提交，限制同一账号或IP地址只能填写1次。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected through electronic questionnaires. The researcher explained the survey purpose, target population, and questionnaire filling method. After obtaining permission from the hospital, the questionnaire link was sent to the WeChat work group. The first page of the questionnaire included instructions informing participants of the survey purpose, method, and filling precautions. All entries in the questionnaire backend were set as "required" and submitted anonymously, with restrictions that the same account or IP address could only fill in the questionnaire once.
