研究目的：

1.基于健康生态学理论模型，从个体因素和人际、组织、社区、政策等社会因素综合探讨GDM孕妇母婴健康素养的影响因素，为医护人员对GDM孕妇母婴健康素养干预提供理论依据。 2.构建GDM孕妇母婴健康素养预测模型并进行内部验证，评估预测模型的稳定性；通过外部验证，评估模型的推广性，为医护人员提供客观、系统的量化工具，有助于医护人员对GDM孕妇低水平母婴健康素养的早期识别和干预。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Based on the theoretical model of health ecology, this study comprehensively examines the influencing factors of maternal and child health literacy among GDM (gestational diabetes mellitus) pregnant women from both individual factors and social factors such as interpersonal, organizational, community, and policy dimensions, providing a theoretical foundation for healthcare interventions aimed at improving maternal and child health literacy in this population.2.Develop a predictive model for maternal and infant health literacy in GDM (gestational diabetes mellitus) pregnant women and conduct internal validation to assess the model's stability; perform external validation to evaluate the model's generalizability, providing healthcare professionals with an objective and systematic quantitative tool that facilitates early identification and intervention for low levels of maternal and infant health literacy in GDM patients.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=20岁； 2. 单胎妊娠； 3. 孕期于24周之前； 4. 沟通交流无障碍； 5. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=20 years; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Pregnancy duration <=24 weeks; 4. Unimpeded communication; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 孕前合并1型或2型糖尿病的孕妇； 2. 有精神、心理或神经方面疾病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women with pre-existing type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Individuals with a history of psychiatric, psychological, or neurological disorders.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用电子化数据采集与纸质记录相结合的管理模式。数据采集主要通过定制的电子数据采集系统（EDC）进行，确保数据的实时性和准确性；数据管理方面，设立专门的研究协调员负责核对电子数据，并辅以纸质病例报告表（CRF）作为备份及源文件核查。所有数据均采用统一编码，双人双录入，定期进行逻辑核查与清洗。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study adopted a management model combining electronic data collection with paper-based records. Data collection was primarily conducted through a customized Electronic Data Collection (EDC) system to ensure real-time accuracy; for data management, a dedicated research coordinator was assigned to verify electronic data, supplemented by paper Case Report Forms (CRFs) as backups and source file references. All data were standardized with unified coding, entered by two separate individuals, and underwent periodic logical verification and data cleansing.
