Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility of implementing the KEMOSS program among children aged 10–11 years and collect exploratory outcome indicators to inform the design of subsequent large-scale trials.

暑假两个月可全程参与干预；至少1名代际家庭成员全程陪同运动；无健康状况排除标准

Inclusion criteria

Able to participate in the entire 2-month summer intervention; accompanied by at least one intergenerational family member during all exercise sessions; no exclusion criteria based on health status.

参与者将采用计算机生成的随机序列，并按性别进行分层，随机分配至 KEMOSS 干预组或对照组。随机分配工作由本研究无关的专职技术人员独立完成。

Participants will be randomised to the KEMOSS intervention or control group using a computer-generated randomisation sequence and stratified by sex. The randomization will be conducted by a technician independent of the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. 数据采集工具 - 病例记录表（CRF）：标准化纸质表格，用于记录参与者基本信息、知情同意、出勤情况及不良事件，妥善保管。 - 电子数据采集（EDC）系统：采用Excel进行定量数据的电子录入、核查与管理，采用SPSS进行数据分析。 2. 数据采集内容及时间 - 定性数据（访谈、焦点小组）和定量数据于干预后采集，并录入Nvivo软件。 - 儿童疗效数据（体重指数、20米往返跑等）于基线（T1）、干预后（T3）采集，家庭成员步数数据于指定时间点采集。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data Collection Tools - CRF: Standard paper form for participants’ basic info, consent, attendance and adverse events, securely stored. -EDC System: Excel for electronic entry, verification and management of quantitative data , Spss for data analysis 2. Data Collection Content and Timing - Qualitative (interviews, focus groups) and quantitative data are collected post-intervention and entered into Nvivo - Efficacy data (BMI, 20m-SRT, etc.) for children (T1, T3) and family step counts are collected at specified times.
