研究目的：

1. 构建一套基于 Gobbens 理论、适用于中老年乳腺癌术后患者的整合式衰弱管理方案。 2. 通过类实验研究，验证该方案在改善患者身心社会功能、减少并发症及提升生活质量方面的效果与可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish an integrated frailty management program for elderly breast cancer patients after surgery based on Gobbens' theory. 2. To verify the efficacy and feasibility of this program in improving patients' physical, mental and social functions, reducing complications and enhancing quality of life through a quasi-experimental study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥45 岁； 2. 经病理学检查诊断为乳腺癌拟行手术治疗； 3. 意识清楚、无阅读障碍、语言沟通无障碍； 4. 患者知情同意参加本研究; 5. 术后 1 周 Tilburg 衰弱量表评分为衰弱。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 45 years or older; 2. Diagnosed with breast cancer via pathological examination and scheduled for surgical treatment; 3. Clear consciousness with no reading or communication disorders; 4. The patient has given informed consent to participate in this study. 5. Scored as frail on the Tilburg Frailty Scale one week after surgery.

排除标准：

1. 临床确诊为合并其他肿瘤或远处器官转移； 2. 术前行放化疗； 3. 既往有精神疾病、认知障碍、语言沟通障碍者； 4. 因其他疾病不能配合本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clinically diagnosed with combined other tumors or distant organ metastasis; 2. Received radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery; 3. Patients with a history of mental illness, cognitive impairment or language communication disorders; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with this study due to other illnesses.

This is a single-blind experiment. The subjects are unaware of their group assignments. Researchers implement the integrated frailty intervention for the subjects and have knowledge of their group divisions and treatment plans. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用前瞻性随机对照设计。在干预前、干预后及随访期，由经过统一培训的研究者使用标准化量表对中老年乳腺癌患者的衰弱状况等指标进行数据采集。所有数据采用双人双录入方式录入电子数据库，并进行逻辑核查与一致性校对，确保数据准确完整。研究过程中严格保护受试者隐私，所有个人身份信息均进行匿名化和去标识化处理。数据由专人负责管理与备份，保存于加密计算机及云端存储设备，仅项目组成员可访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study adopts a prospective randomized controlled design. Before intervention, after intervention and during the follow-up period, uniformly trained researchers collect data on indicators such as frailty status of middle-aged and elderly breast cancer patients using standardized scales. All data are double-entered into the electronic database by two researchers, followed by logical verification and consistency proofreading to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data. The privacy of participants is strictly protected throughout the study. All personal identifiable information is anonymized and de-identified. The data are managed and backed up by designated personnel, stored on encrypted computers and cloud storage devices, and accessible only to project team members.
