研究目的：

探究维生素 D 水平是否与脑小血管病（CSVD）患者的认知障碍和 MRI 总体负担评分以及特定脑区结构的改变相关，为后续补充维生素 D 治疗 CSVD 患者的认知障碍提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether vitamin D levels are associated with cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD), as well as the total MRI burden scores and specific structural changes in brain regions. This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent supplementation of vitamin D treatment for cognitive impairment in patients with CSVD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18 -80 岁；
2.头颅 MRI 成像中存在以下 CSVD 任何一种影像学标志物：腔隙、脑白质高信号、脑微出血、扩大的血管周围间隙；
3.患者本人或其法定代理人自愿参加该项研究并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 18 - 80 years old;
2.The brain MRI imaging shows any of the following imaging markers of CSVD: lacunar infarction, white matter hyperintensity, cerebral microbleeds, or enlarged perivascular spaces.
3.The patient or his legal representative voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.有痴呆病史；
2.有精神疾病病史或正在接受精神疾病治疗（如服用抗焦虑药、抗抑郁药、情绪稳定剂、抗精神病药及其他可能干扰评估的药物）；
3.有药物滥用或依赖史；
4.孕妇；
5.患有可能干扰评估的严重身体疾病；
6.不适合进行磁共振成像扫描；
7.拒绝参与；

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of dementia; 2.A history of mental disorders or current treatment for mental illnesses, such as taking anxiolytics, antidepressants, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics and other drugs that may interfere with the assessment; 3.A history of drug abuse or dependence; 4.Pregnant women; 5.Severe physical illnesses that may interfere with the assessment; 6.Contraindication to MRI scan; 7.Declining to participate;
