研究目的：

本研究目的是通过单侧复合式训练，缩小两侧之间差距，降低身体两侧的非对称程度，以达到更高层次的平衡，保证身体素质的整体充分发展，以获得更好的运动表现以及降低在运动过程中出现损伤的风险。并且将下肢间不对称程度的评估与专项技术相结合。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to reduce the inter-limb differences and the degree of lower limb asymmetry through unilateral complex training, thereby achieving a higher level of balance and ensuring the comprehensive development of physical fitness, in order to obtain better sports performance and reduce the risk of injury during exercise. Additionally, the assessment of lower limb asymmetry will be integrated with specific sport techniques.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.受试者均处于正常训练中，排除三个月以上未参加训练的受试者； 2.受试者参与实验前（至少三个月）无重大运动损伤； 3.受试者无下肢相关手术史（如膝关节手术）； 4.受试者通过测试后存在非对称性现象，并且不对称程度＞10%； 5.有抗阻训练经验；

Inclusion criteria

1.Participants are under regular training; those who have not trained for more than three months are excluded. 2.Participants have no major sports injuries within at least three months prior to the start of the study. 3.Participants have no history of lower limb-related surgery (e.g., knee surgery). 4.Participants must demonstrate inter-limb asymmetry with an asymmetry index >10% after testing. 5.Participants have experience in resistance training.

排除标准：

1.依从性低； 2.受伤失访、中途退出； 3.未能配合： 4.下肢非对称性小于10%

Exclusion criteria：

1.Low compliance. 2.Injury leading to loss to follow-up, or withdrawal from the study. 3.Failure to cooperate. 4.Lower limb asymmetry less than 10%

本研究采用简单随机分组法。由第一研究者使用Excel 软件的 RAND 函数生成随机数字序列，按照 1:1 比例将受试者分为实验组与对照组，并对分组结果进行密封保存，研究实施过程中严格遵循随机分配方案。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study, a simple random grouping method was adopted. The first researcher generated a random number sequence using the RAND function in Microsoft Excel software, and divided the subjects into an experimental group and a control group at a 1:1 ratio. The grouping results were stored in sealed envelopes, and the random allocation scheme was strictly followed during the implementation of the study.

盲法：

本研究采用单盲法。受试者全程对自身所属分组（实验组 / 对照组）处于盲态，研究过程中不向受试者透露干预方案类型及分组信息；因研究涉及针对性运动干预，研究者及干预实施人员无法实施盲法，但需严格遵循既定方案执行干预，数据收集及统计分析人员采用盲法处理数据，确保研究结果客观准确。

Blinding：

This study adopted a single-blind method. All subjects were blinded to the group they belonged to (experimental group/control group) throughout the study, and no information about the type of intervention plan or grouping was disclosed to the subjects during the research process. Due to the targeted exercise intervention involved in the study, researchers and intervention implementers could not be blinded, but they were required to implement the intervention in strict accordance with the established plan. Data collectors and statistical analysts were blinded to process data to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the research results.
