研究目的:

新发与突发病毒性病原体是全球公共卫生安全与社会稳定面临的重大威胁,其核心风险在于病毒通过持续演化所获得的免疫逃逸、传播增强和致病性改变等特征,常导致疫情反复及防控被动。针对这一挑战,本项目旨在从根本上转变当前“被动应对、事后解析”的防控模式,构建一个“数据驱动、主动预警、功能前瞻”的病毒性病原体风险智能防控体系。  

Objectives of Study:

merging and re-emerging viral pathogens pose a major threat to global public health security and social stability. The core risk lies in the adaptive evolution of viruses, through which they acquire traits such as immune evasion, enhanced transmissibility, and altered pathogenicity—often leading to recurrent outbreaks and reactive control efforts. To address this challenge, this project aims to fundamentally transform the current "passive response, post-event analysis" paradigm of prevention and control, and to establish a "data-driven, proactive early warning, functionally forward-looking" intelligent risk prevention and control system for viral pathogens.

纳入标准:

1.明确患者为新冠病毒、流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒及水痘带状疱疹病毒感染,经过核酸检测鉴定为阳性的呼吸道或者皮肤拭子样本;

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients confirmed to be infected with SARS-CoV-2, influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, and varicella-zoster virus, with respiratory or skin swab samples tested positive by nucleic acid detection.

排除标准:

1.病毒核酸检测结果为阴性的样本。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Samples with negative nucleic acid test results for viruses.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

(1)数据采集工具:利用测序仪器测定病毒DNA序列。 (2)数据审核及存储:严格按照要求审核数据质量和专人负责保存和管理。 (3)患者隐私保护:本项目不涉及采集患者信息,在执行中将对患者信息进行脱密管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

(1) Data collection tool:Sequencing instruments are used to determine viral DNA sequences.(2) Data review and storage:Data quality is strictly reviewed, and dedicated personnel are responsible for preservation and management.(3) Patient privacy protection:This project does not involve the collection of patient information; during implementation, patient information will be managed in a de-identified manner.
