研究目的：

主要目的：探究TBI后生长激素水平的流行病学特点；次要目的：统计分析TBI 后早期GH、IGF-1水平与TBI患者预后的关系；探索性目的：探索TBI后GH及IGF-1维持正常生理功能的合理水平，探索TBI后GH缺乏症的概念以及治疗方法；

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of growth hormone (GH) levels after traumatic brain injury (TBI). Secondary Objective: To statistically analyze the relationship between early GH and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels and the prognosis of TBI patients. Exploratory Objective: To explore the appropriate physiological levels of GH and IGF-1 required to maintain normal function after TBI, as well as the concept and therapeutic approaches of growth hormone deficiency (GHD) following TBI.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18周岁； 2.颅脑创伤后24h内入院的住院患者； 3.签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Hospitalized patients admitted within 24 hours after traumatic brain injury (TBI); 3.Signed informed consent

排除标准：

1.既往有鞍区病变病史； 2.既往3个月使用过糖皮质激素、甲状腺素、生长激素、性激素、多巴胺受体激动剂、免疫抑制剂等； 3.TBI前确诊肝硬化并伴有肝功能不全； 4.颅脑外伤后存活时间不足3天； 5.妊娠或哺乳女性；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of sellar lesions; 2.Use of glucocorticoids, thyroxine, growth hormone, sex hormones, dopamine receptor agonists, immunosuppressants, etc., within the past 3 months; 3.Diagnosed liver cirrhosis with hepatic insufficiency prior to TBI; 4.Survival time less than 3 days after TBI; 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
