研究目的：

本研究旨在比较布比卡因脂质体与罗哌卡因+地塞米松用于坐骨神经-隐神经阻滞在足踝手术术后72小时内“疼痛强度与阿片类药物消耗复合评分”的差异，明确长效局麻药布比卡因脂质体在足踝手术术后镇痛中的综合价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the differences in "pain intensity and opioid consumption composite score" between bupivacaine liposome and ropivacaine + dexamethasone used for sciatic nerve - sural nerve block within 72 hours after foot and ankle surgery, and to clarify the comprehensive value of long-acting local anesthetic bupivacaine liposome in postoperative analgesia of foot and ankle surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65周岁； 2.ASA为 I- Ⅲ级； 3.手术时间1-3小时； 4.BMI18.5-30.0 kg/m²之间； 5.拟行椎管内麻醉下足踝手术的手术患者； 6.计划在术前接受坐骨神经，隐神经阻滞的患者； 7.患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 65 years old; 2. ASA classification: I - III; 3. Operation duration: 1 - 3 hours; 4. BMI: 18.5 - 30.0 kg/m²; 5. Patients scheduled for foot and ankle surgery under spinal anesthesia; 6. Patients planning to receive sciatic nerve and hypogastric nerve block before the operation; 7. Patients have given informed consent.

排除标准：

1.对研究药物过敏； 2.存在周围神经病变或手术侧神经功能障碍； 3.存在凝血异常或穿刺部位感染/解剖异常； 4.长期使用阿片类/镇静药物或有药物滥用史； 5.伴有严重未控制的器官或精神疾病； 6.妊娠期、哺乳期或计划妊娠者； 7.拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to the studied drug; 2. Presence of peripheral neuropathy or neurological dysfunction on the surgical side; 3. Abnormal coagulation or infection at the puncture site or anatomical abnormalities; 4. Long-term use of opioid/antidepressant drugs or history of drug abuse; 5. Accompanied by severe uncontrolled organ or mental disorders; 6. Pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant; 7. Refuses to sign the informed consent form.
