研究目的：

1.探究脑血管介入术后并发迷走神经反射的危险因素，并构建列线图预测模型，为预防脑血管介入术后并发迷走神经反射提供依据。 2.模型的预测效能良好时，推广本研究预测模型在临床中的应用，便捷临床护理服务，减少不良事件的发生，提升护理质量、保障护理安全。

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the risk factors of vagus nerve reflex after cerebrovascular intervention and construct a nomogram prediction model to provide a basis for preventing vagus nerve reflex after cerebrovascular intervention. 2. When the predictive performance of the model is good, promote the clinical application of the prediction model in this study, facilitate clinical nursing services, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, improve nursing quality, and ensure nursing safety.

纳入标准：

1 年龄 >18岁；
2 临床确诊脑血管病；
3 经数字减影血管造影（DSA）或脑血管介入治疗的患者；
4 所有患者的检查及手术均取得知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1 Age >18 years;
2 Clinically diagnosed cerebrovascular disease;
3 Patients who have undergone digital subtraction angiography (DSA) or cerebrovascular interventional therapy;
4 Informed consent was obtained for all examinations and surgeries of patients.

排除标准：

1 精神疾病病史；
2 昏迷；

1 History of mental illness;
2 Coma;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	因本研究主要以数据表格记录患者的人口学、病例资料，临床特征，还有评估量表，所以纸质版由研究小组成员妥善保管，电子数据由计算机中心导出，后由研究小组成员一个人进行统一管理，汇总数据后，将数据录入到统计软件中进行管理。涉及到患者隐私的数据在结束统计后立即删除。对患者真实姓名进行隐藏，以编号进行命名。数据的传输是U盘传输，保障信息不泄露
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Since this study mainly records patients' demographic data, case information, clinical characteristics, and assessment scales in data tables, the paper versions are properly stored by the research team members, while electronic data is exported by the computer center and then uniformly managed by a single research team member. After compiling the data, it is entered into statistical software for management. Patient privacy-related data is deleted immediately after statistical analysis. Patients' real names are concealed and replaced with numbered codes. Data transfer is conducted via USB drives to ensure information security.
