研究目的：

了解中青年缺血性脑卒中患者血压变异性及血脂异常现状，并探讨其与预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current status of blood pressure variability and dyslipidemia in young and middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke, and to explore their relationship with prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁～60岁的中青年患者； 2.符合缺血性脑卒中诊断标准，并经头部影像学检查证实； 3.按要求完成研究所需的各项检查； 4.患者从发病到入院接受治疗的时间在72h之内

Inclusion criteria

1. Middle-aged and young patients aged 18 to 60; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke and confirmed by head imaging examination; 3. Completing all the required tests as per the study requirements; 4. The time from the onset of the disease to admission for treatment was within 72 hours.

排除标准：

1.非缺血性卒中；
2.合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全等严重疾病；
3.近期（入院前3个月内）使用过可能严重影响血压或血脂代谢的药物（免疫抑制剂等）；
4.合并严重痴呆、精神疾病或其他原因无法配合完成血压监测及预后评估者；
5.心源性脑栓塞患者；
6.数据不全或缺失；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-ischemic stroke;
2.Comorbid with severe systemic diseases (e.g., severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction);
3.Recent use (within 3 months prior to admission) of medications that may significantly affect blood pressure or lipid metabolism (e.g., immunosuppressants);
4.Comorbid with severe dementia, psychiatric disorders, or other conditions rendering the patient unable to cooperate with blood pressure monitoring and prognostic evaluation;
5.Patients with cardiogenic cerebral embolism;
6.Incomplete or missing data;
