研究目的：

探索多模态评估指标在刻画 3–6 岁孤独症儿童情绪与行为特征中的应用价值；评估分型化音乐干预对孤独症儿童情绪行为问题的改善效果；初步分析不同儿童特征类型对音乐干预的反应差异，为后续精准康复提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the value of multimodal assessment indicators in characterizing the emotional and behavioral characteristics of 3–6-year-old children with autism; evaluating the effectiveness of categorized music intervention in improving emotional and behavioral problems in autistic children; conducting a preliminary analysis of differences in response to music intervention across various child characteristic types, so as to provide a basis for subsequent precision rehabilitation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 3-6 岁； 2.经由一位康复科主治医师进行临床评估，符合 DSM-5 中自闭症谱系障碍 的诊断标准； 3.ADOS 评估结果符合 ASD 诊断标准 4.无明确听觉障碍或其他严重躯体疾病； 5.患儿监护人知情并自愿同意参加本研究，签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Be 3-6 years of age; 2. meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as clinically evaluated by an attending rehabilitation physician; 3. Have an ADOS assessment that meets the diagnostic criteria for ASD. 4. No clear hearing impairment or other serious physical illness; 5. The child's guardian agreed to participate in the study and signed a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在明确的听觉障碍或严重视力障碍，影响完成基本视听任务者； 2.合并严重神经系统疾病或躯体疾病（如癫痫、脑损伤、遗传代谢性疾病等）， 可能影响研究测量结果者； 3.研究过程中因情绪状态、健康状况或依从性问题，无法完成基本实验任务者； 4.监护人不同意或在研究任何阶段撤回知情同意者； 5.研究者认为不适合参与本研究的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1. the presence of a definite hearing impairment or a severe visual impairment that interferes with the performance of basic audio-visual tasks; 2. persons with a combination of serious neurological or physical illnesses (e.g., epilepsy, brain injury, inherited metabolic diseases, etc.) that may affect the results of the study measurements; 3. Those who are unable to complete the basic experimental tasks during the study due to emotional state, health condition or compliance problems; 4. If the guardian does not agree or withdraws informed consent at any stage of the study; 5. Any other circumstances that the researcher considers unsuitable for participation in the study;

Measure method：

Behavioral and brain function tasks required the participation of children, all of which were non-invasive observation and passive viewing tasks. If a child exhibited obvious fatigue or emotional distress, the experiment could be paused or terminated at any time. The tasks included free play, electroencephalogram (EEG)/eye-tracking tasks, behavioral assessment tasks, functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) tasks, and others.
