研究目的：

主要目的：利用AI分类器，回顾性观察ARDS亚表型与PEEP策略对死亡率的交互作用，并进一步探索根据亚表型变化动态调整PEEP策略的可行性。 次要目的：验证开源AI分类器区分亚洲人群ARDS亚表型的有效性；验证ARDS炎症亚表型的时间稳定性。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To retrospectively examine the interaction between ARDS subphenotypes and PEEP strategies on mortality using an AI classifier, and further explore the feasibility of dynamically adjusting PEEP strategies based on phenotypic changes. Secondary Objectives: To validate the effectiveness of an open-source AI classifier in distinguishing ARDS phenotypes in Asian populations; to validate the temporal stability of ARDS inflammatory phenotypes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 接受有创机械通气时间 ≥ 24小时； 2. ARDS患者（院内诊断为ARDS 或符合柏林定义）； 3. 具备用于AI表型分类器计算的18个基线变量。

Inclusion criteria

1. Duration of invasive mechanical ventilation ≥ 24 hours; 2. ARDS patients (hospital-acquired ARDS diagnosis or meeting Berlin criteria); 3. Availability of 18 baseline variables for AI phenotype classifier calculations.

排除标准：

1. 年龄＜18岁； 2. 急性心衰。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years; 2. Acute heart failure.
