研究目的：

1. 描述食物过敏幼儿的养育压力与身体发育情况。 2. 探讨食物过敏幼儿的养育压力与身体发育相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To describe parenting stress and physical growth among toddlers with food allergies.2. To examine factors influencing parenting stress and physical growth among toddlers with food allergies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.1-3周岁； 2.临床确诊患有至少一种食物过敏（如牛奶蛋白、鸡蛋、花生等）且持续至少3个月的幼儿。 3.在温州医科大学附属第二医院儿童呼吸/睡眠/过敏与免疫接受治疗或定期随访的幼儿，包括门诊及住院部。 4.年龄≥18岁，负责幼儿日常照护与健康管理且能够完成问卷调查的主要照护者； 5.自愿同意参与研究并在充分了解研究目的和程序后提供书面知情同意的主要照护者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Toddlers aged 1–3 years.
2.Toddlers who have been clinically diagnosed with at least one type of food allergy (e.g., cow’s milk protein, egg, peanut, etc.) for at least 3 months.
3.Toddlers who receive treatment or regular follow-up at the Allergy and Immunology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University.
4.Primary caregivers aged ≥ 18 years who are responsible for the toddler’s daily care and health management and are able to answer the questionnaires;
5.Primary caregivers who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide written informed consent after being fully informed of the study purpose and procedures.

排除标准：

1.患有慢性疾病或可能独立影响身体生长发育结果的状况的幼儿，例如先天性心脏病、慢性肾脏病或内分泌紊乱（如先天性甲状腺功能减退症）；
2.主要照护者有精神健康问题，无法配合回答问卷；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Toddlers with chronic diseases or conditions that could independently affect physical growth outcomes, such as congenital heart disease, chronic kidney disease, or endocrine disorders (e.g., congenital hypothyroidism).
2.Primary caregivers have no mental health problems, which might affect answering questionnaires.
