研究目的：

1.基于微信小程序任务管理构建声带息肉术后患者嗓音康复方案。 2.应用及评价基于微信小程序任务管理的嗓音康复方案对患者术后嗓音功能恢复、生活质量以及嗓音锻炼依从性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Constructing a voice rehabilitation plan for postoperative patients with vocal cord polyps based on WeChat mini program task management. 2.The application and evaluation of a voice rehabilitation program based on WeChat mini program task management have an impact on postoperative voice function recovery, quality of life, and voice exercise compliance of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：>=18周岁且<=65周岁且沟通无障碍； 2.能熟练使用微信等网络工具接受健康教育； 3.经电子喉镜检查诊断为声带息肉且无其他声带病变； 4.知晓研究内容并同意参与其中。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: >=18 years old and<=65 years old with no communication barriers; 2.Proficient in using online tools such as WeChat to receive health education; 3.Diagnosed with vocal cord polyps through electronic laryngoscopy and no other vocal cord lesions; 4. Understand the research content and agree to participate.

排除标准：

1.在过去 1 个月内咽喉部有过其他创伤、手术； 2.接受专业嗓音训练的患者； 3.有其他严重慢性疾病或恶性肿瘤者； 4.合并精神疾病或认知障碍； 5.拒绝配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has had other trauma or surgery in the throat area within the past month; 2.Patients who receive professional voice training; 3.Individuals with other serious chronic diseases or malignant tumors; 4.Merge mental illness or cognitive impairment; 5.Refusing to cooperate with investigators.

由不参与招募与干预的独立研究助理，使用 SPSS 27.0生成随机序列，采用区组随机化，区组长度为4，将受试者按 1:1 的比例分配至干预组与对照组。

An independent research assistant who did not participate in recruitment and intervention was used to generate a random sequence using SPSS 27.0, and block randomization was adopted with a block length of 4. Participants were assigned to the intervention group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio.

盲法：

本研究为单盲设计，结局评估者设盲： 所有研究结局指标的评估人员，对受试者的分组情况完全不知情。评估在独立、受控的环境中进行，并要求受试者在评估期间不讨论其干预内容。数据分析者设盲： 进行最终数据分析的研究人员在数据清理和分析阶段，所获得的数据文件中分组变量被临时替换为无意义的代码（如A组/B组），直至主要分析完成后才揭晓组别对应关系。对受试者的说明： 在研究开始时告知所有受试者，本研究旨在比较两种不同的术后管理方案，但不透露哪一种是新的实验性方案，以平衡其预期心理。

Blinding：

This study is a single blind design, and the outcome assessors were blinded: all evaluators of the study outcome measures were completely unaware of the grouping of the subjects. The evaluation is conducted in an independent and controlled environment, and participants are required not to discuss their intervention content during the evaluation period. Data analyst blinding: During the data cleaning and analysis phase, the researchers conducting the final data analysis temporarily replace the grouping variables in the obtained data files with meaningless codes (such as Group A/Group B) until the main analysis is completed and the group correspondence is revealed. Explanation to participants: At the beginning of the study, all participants were informed that the aim of this study was to compare two different postoperative management plans, but not to disclose which one was the new experimental plan, in order to balance their expected psychology.
