研究目的：

本研究将基于症状管理理论探索VR在烧伤患儿换药疼痛的管理，以期缓解患儿在烧伤换药中的疼痛，降低紧张焦虑情绪，促进护患关系；同时为烧伤患儿疼痛管理提供新思路，促进临床研究的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will explore the use of virtual reality (VR) in managing pain during dressing changes for pediatric burn patients based on symptom management theory. The aim is to alleviate pain experienced during burn dressing changes, reduce anxiety and tension, and enhance the nurse-patient relationship. Additionally, it seeks to provide new insights for pain management in pediatric burn patients and advance clinical research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.烧伤面积为5%-15%患儿，年龄3～6岁（不包含6岁），性别不限； 2.患儿家属已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children with burns covering 5%-15% of the body surface area, aged 3 to 6 years (not including 6), of any gender; 2. The child's guardians have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并中重度吸入性损伤； 2.高压电烧伤，或严重复合伤； 3.并发严重感染或全身病情较重； 4.视力、味觉、听觉及嗅觉障碍； 5.先天性心脏病等严重基础疾病； 6.具有癫痫等特殊疾病； 7.非甾体类抗炎药过敏者、阿司匹林过敏的哮喘患者、对美林过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined moderate to severe inhalation injury; 2. High-voltage electrical burns or severe complex injuries; 3. Complicated by severe infection or serious systemic condition; 4. Impairment of vision, taste, hearing, or smell; 5. Severe underlying diseases such as congenital heart disease; 6. Having special conditions such as epilepsy; 7. Individuals allergic to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, asthmatic patients allergic to aspirin, or allergic to Tylenol.
