研究目的:

探讨基因多态性对氯吡格雷和阿司匹林的影响;探讨生理因素、病理因素、合并用药因素对氯吡格雷和阿司匹林的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the effects of genetic polymorphisms on clopidogrel and aspirin;To investigate the effects of physiological factors、 pathological factors and combined drug factors on clopidogrel and aspirin

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷应用3天以上 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Aspirin combined with clopidogrel for more than 3 days 

纳入标准:

(1) 性别不限,年龄≥18 岁;(2)应用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷3天以上;(3) 中国汉族人;(4)经患者或家属同意自愿参与本次研究, 且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male and female aged ≥18 years;
(2) Using aspirin and clopidogrel for more than 3 days;
(3) Chinese Han population;
(4) The patients or their families agreed to voluntarily participated in this study, and signed informed consent.

排除标准:

(1) 严重肝、肾功能不全患者;(2)严重消化系统溃疡患者;(3)恶性肿瘤患者;(4)对阿司匹林或氯吡格雷过敏或不能耐受患者;(5)1月内接受过抗凝、抗血小板或溶栓治疗者;(6)依从性差,不能配合治疗者;(7)血小板功能严重异常者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) patients with severe liver and renal insufficiency;
(2) patients with severe digestive ulcer;
(3) patients with malignant tumors;
(4) patients with allergy or intolerance to aspirin or clopidogrel;
(5) patients received anticoagulant antiplatelet or thrombolytic therapy in one months;
(6) poor compliance, unable to cooperate with the treatment;
(7) patients with severe abnormal platelet function.
