研究目的：

1. 描述贵州省 ICU 护士对 OMPI 预防/管理的 KAP 得分与分布特征； 2. 分析影响因素（医院级别、ICU 类型、学历、职称、培训经历等）； 3. 为构建省级 OMPI 分层培训包提供循证依据。 4. 质性访谈深入补充高知低行等行为背后的情境障碍与促进因素，构建本土化影响因素模型，为精准培训与质量改进提供循证依据，最终降低OMPI发生率，提升患者安全与重症护理质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To describe the knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) scores and distribution characteristics of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses in Guizhou Province regarding the prevention and management of oral mucosal injury (OMPI) in patients with tracheal intubation. 2. To analyze the influencing factors (hospital level, ICU type, educational background, professional title, training experience, etc.) on the KAP scores of ICU nurses. 3. To provide evidence-based data for the development of a provincial stratified training package for OMPI prevention and management. 4.To conduct in-depth qualitative interviews to explore the contextual barriers and facilitators behind high knowledge but low practice behaviors, construct a localized influencing factor model, and provide evidence-based support for targeted training and quality improvement, ultimately reducing the incidence of OMPI and enhancing patient safety and critical care quality.

纳入标准：

1.持有《中华人民共和国护士执业证书》； 2.在 ICU 连续工作 ≥ 1 年； 3.近 3 个月护理过经口气管插管患者； 4.自愿参加并电子签署知情同意书。 　　

Inclusion criteria

1. Holding a valid "Nurse Practice Certificate of the People's Republic of China"; 2. Having worked continuously in the ICU for ≥ 1 year; 3. Having cared for patients with orotracheal intubation in the past 3 months; 4. Voluntarily participating and electronically signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.进修、轮转、实习护士； 2.调查期间因休假、外出学习无法完成问卷者； 3.已参与预调查或重复提交。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses on rotation, internship, or visiting training; 2. Those who are on leave or unable to complete the questionnaire due to external training during the survey period; 3. Participants who have already taken part in the pre-survey or submitted duplicate responses.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management are conducted using Microsoft Excel, with trained research assistants responsible for entering and organizing the data.
