本研究旨在建立一个适用于妊娠期高血压疾病CBL教学的标准化课件，验证其教学效果，为医学本科教学中诊疗思维培养提供一种方便可行、高效稳定的教学模式  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a standardized courseware suitable for the CBL teaching of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, verify its teaching effect, and provide a convenient, feasible, efficient and stable teaching mode for the cultivation of diagnosis and treatment thinking in medical undergraduate teaching

纳入标准：

所有在研究时间内轮转北京协和医院产科病房的医学本科生，提供书面知情同意，即进入研究

Inclusion criteria

All medical undergraduate students rotating through the obstetrics ward at Peking Union Medical College Hospital during the study period who provide written informed consent will be enrolled in the study.

排除标准：

当学员拒绝或因故不能参加课程培训，不能被选择进入教学研究。

Exclusion criteria：

When a student refuses to participate in the course training or is unable to attend for any reason, they cannot be selected for teaching research.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

同一批进入病房的医学生为同一组，按进入病房轮转的先后顺序进行编号。编制随机信封10封（自建课件授课组、标准化课件组各5封）。研究分组由第三人（未参与研究者）控制随机分配，采用密封的、按序列编号的信封法对试验进行随机隐藏。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Medical students who entered the ward in the same cohort were assigned to the same group and numbered sequentially based on their order of rotation. Ten sealed, sequentially numbered randomization envelopes were prepared (five for the instructor-developed courseware teaching group and five for the standardized courseware group). Group allocation was controlled by a third party (not involved in the study) using a concealed, sequentially numbered envelope method to ensure randomization concealment.
