Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation and path of action between nurses' psychological toughness, organizational innovation climate and ethical behavior to provide a basis for optimizing nursing management strategies.

纳入标准：

工作年限≥1年，知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Years of experience >= 1 year, informed consent.

排除标准：

1.科室实习、进修护士； 2.因外出、培训及病假等无法参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Internship and advanced training nurses in the department; 2. Unable to participate due to going out, training and sick leave.
