研究目的：

开发并验证一套基于人工智能护理助手的中老年高脂血症患者移动健康管理系统，评估其在提升患者健康知识水平、改善自我管理行为和促进血脂控制方面的应用效果和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop and verify a mobile health management system for middle-aged and elderly patients with hyperlipidemia based on an artificial intelligence nursing assistant, and evaluate its application effects and effectiveness in improving patients' health knowledge level, enhancing self-management behavior, and promoting blood lipid control.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合世界卫生组织《国际疾病分类第11版》（ICD-11）高脂血症的诊断标准，年龄45岁及以上； 2.意识清醒,沟通能力正常,能够使用智能手机； 3.对本研究知情同意且自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemia according to the World Health Organization International Classification of Diseases, 11th Revision (ICD-11); aged 45 years or older; 2. Conscious, able to communicate normally, and capable of using a smartphone; 3. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.自理能力为重度依赖； 2.处于疾病急性发作期或终末期患者； 3.精神类疾病患者； 4.近期存在突发事件使心理受到刺激； 5.正在参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe dependence in activities of daily living; 2. Patients in the acute or terminal stage of disease; 3. Patients with psychiatric disorders; 4. Individuals experiencing recent major life events that may cause psychological distress; 5. Individuals currently participating in other research studies.
