研究目的：

主要目的：比较腔镜手术与开放手术在乳腺叶状肿瘤治疗中的疗效，探索两种术式在无局部复发生存期及术后满意度的差异。 次要目的：分析两种术式在无远处转移生存期、总生存期、围手术期情况（手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症）的差异；探讨影响术后复发的潜在危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To compare the efficacy of endoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of breast phyllodes tumor, and to explore the difference of local recurrence-free survival and postoperative satisfaction between the two methods. Secondary objective: 1. To analyze the differences between the two surgical methods in terms of distant metastasis-free survival, overall survival, and perioperative conditions (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications). 2. To explore the potential risk factors influencing postoperative recurrence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

术后病理初次证实为乳腺叶状肿瘤患者（包括良性、交界性、恶性类型）；年龄16-75岁，女性；已接受腔镜手术或传统开放手术切除；手术前未接受放疗或化疗。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with breast phyllodes tumors initially confirmed by postoperative pathology (including benign, borderline and malignant types); Aged 16 to 75, female; Has undergone endoscopic surgery or traditional open surgery for resection; No radiotherapy or chemotherapy was received before the operation.

排除标准：

复发或转移叶状肿瘤患者；合并其他恶性肿瘤；有严重基础疾病或手术禁忌者；失访或随访资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with recurrent or metastatic phyllodes tumors; Combined with other malignant tumors; Those with severe underlying diseases or surgical contraindications; Those who are lost to follow-up or have incomplete follow-up data.
