研究目的：

本研究旨在通过对健康成年人的最大舌压值及舌压耐力值进行测量与统计分析，建立我国健康人群舌压的参考范围，明确舌压与年龄、性别、职业等因素之间的关系，为临床开展舌功能评估提供科学依据。 同时，该研究将为脑卒中等神经系统疾病患者的舌功能康复评估提供对照基础，有助于推动舌压测量在吞咽障碍筛查与康复中的规范化应用。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to measure and statistically analyze the maximum tongue pressure and tongue pressure endurance of healthy adults, with the aim of establishing reference values for tongue pressure in the healthy population in China and clarifying the relationships between tongue pressure and factors such as age, sex, and occupation. Meanwhile, this study will provide a reference baseline for evaluating tongue function rehabilitation in patients with stroke and other neurological disorders, thereby contributing to the standardized application of tongue pressure measurement in the screening and rehabilitation of swallowing disorders.

招募年龄 18-75 岁的健康成年人（主要来源为住院患者的陪护人员）

Inclusion criteria

Recruit healthy adults aged 18–75 (primarily recruited from caregivers of hospitalized patients).

排除标准：

排除有神经系统疾病、吞咽障碍、口腔结构异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude individuals with neurological disorders, swallowing difficulties, or oral structural abnormalities.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1 数据采集： 本研究采用病例报告表（Case Report Form, CRF） 收集受试者人口学资料、健康信息及舌压测量结果。 所有测量由经过统一培训的研究人员完成，确保操作标准化、一致性。 数据采集过程包括：受试者基本信息登记 → 舌压测量 → 结果记录在纸质 CRF 中。 2 电子采集和管理： 纸质 CRF 数据将由专人录入电子采集和管理系统（Electronic Data Capture, EDC），如 ResMan 平台。 EDC 系统具备数据验证、逻辑检查、权限管理和审计追踪功能，确保数据完整性和可追溯性。 录入数据须经双人核对，发现错误及时更正并记录修订人及日期。 3 数据管理与安全： 数据分为纸质源文件与电子数据库两部分，均采用编号管理和加密保存。 电子数据定期备份至安全服务器，确保数据不丢失。 所有数据在公开前进行匿名化处理，保护受试者隐私。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1 Data Collection: This study will collect participants’ demographic information, health status, and tongue pressure measurements using Case Report Forms (CRF). All measurements will be performed by trained research personnel to ensure standardization and consistency. The data collection process includes: participant information registration → tongue pressure measurement → recording results in paper CRFs. 2 Electronic Data Capture and Management: Data from the paper CRFs will be entered into an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system, such as the ResMan platform. The EDC system provides data validation, logic checks, access control, and audit trails to ensure data integrity and traceability. All entries will undergo double-checking, and any errors will be corrected promptly with the recorder and date documented. 3 Data Management and Security: Data are managed in two parts: paper source files and electronic database, both organized by subject ID and securely stored. Electronic data will be regularly backed up on secure servers to prevent loss. All data will be anonymized before public sharing to protect participant privacy.
