研究目的：

基于前期开发的乳腺旋转自动化扫查设备，建立一套 3D 重建系统，研发具有自主知识产权的全自动 3D 乳腺超声设备，并通过临床试验验证。 1.主要研究目标： （1）证明全自动 3D 乳腺超声对乳腺结节的检出率非劣效于传统手持超声； （2）证明全自动 3D 乳腺超声对乳腺结节的诊断率非劣效于传统手持超声。 2.次要研究目标： （1）比较全自动 3D 乳腺超声和传统手持超声检出乳腺结节的大小； （2）比较全自动 3D 乳腺超声与传统手持超声的检出耗时。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the pre-developed breast rotation automatic scanning equipment, a set of 3D reconstruction system was established, and the 3D Automatic Ultrasound Breast Imaging System (AUBIS) with independent intellectual property rights was developed and verified by clinical trials. 1.Main objectives: (1) To prove that the detection rate of breast nodules by 3D-AUBIS was not inferior to traditional handheld ultrasound; (2) To prove that the diagnostic rate of automatic 3D-AUBIS for breast nodules was not inferior to that of traditional handheld ultrasound. 2.Secondary objectives: (1) To compare the size of breast nodules detected by 3D-AUBIS and traditional hand-held ultrasound; (2) To compare the detection time of 3D-AUBIS with that of traditional handheld ultrasound.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁的女性；
2.同意参与本研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Females aged 18 years or older;
2.Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent;

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
2.急性乳腺炎症患者；
3.局部外伤或皮肤过敏、破溃者；
4.既往乳腺肿瘤手术史；
5.已接受穿刺活检者；
6.已接受新辅助化疗者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating;
2.Acute breast inflammation;
3.Local trauma or skin allergy, ulceration;
4.Previous surgical history of breast tumors;
5.Have undergone a needle biopsy;
6.Have received neoadjuvant chemotherapy;
