研究目的：

观测儿童肝移植围术期各时间点Century Clot各凝血参数变化趋势；分析出影响儿童肝移植再灌注后1h凝血状况的各因素及再灌注后1h时对于控制术后短期血栓形成及出血的最佳凝血参数范围；分析出我院儿童肝移植术后血栓并发症的发生率及其他并发症的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the changes in Century Clot coagulation parameters at various time points during the perioperative period of pediatric liver transplantation; Analyze the various factors that affect the coagulation status of children after liver transplantation reperfusion at 1 hour, and determine the optimal coagulation parameter range for controlling short-term thrombosis and bleeding after reperfusion at 1 hour; Analyze the incidence of thrombotic complications and other complications after pediatric liver transplantation in our hospital.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）麻醉分级（ASA分级）为II～Ⅲ级； （2）心功能分级Ⅰ～II级； （3）诊断为胆道闭锁患儿，保证术前凝血功能不受其他原因影响 （4）术前无明显心肺、脑功能异常。

Inclusion criteria

(1) American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification (ASA) is II-III; (2) New York Heart Association I-II; (3) Diagnosed as a child with biliary atresia, ensure that preoperative coagulation function is not affected by other reasons (4) There were no significant abnormalities in heart, lung, or brain function before surgery.

排除标准：

（1）二次肝移植； （2）术前合并心、肺、肾、脑功能衰竭； （3）术前合并如先天性心脏病等先天性疾病等； （4）术中应用肝素类药物者； （5）术中出现严重心律失常，大出血等并发症者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Second liver transplant; (2) Preoperative complications of heart, lung, kidney, and brain failure; (3) Preoperative complications such as congenital heart disease and other congenital diseases; (4) Patients who use heparin drugs during surgery; (5) Patients who experience serious complications such as arrhythmia and heavy bleeding during surgery.
