本研究聚焦青春期早期儿童,开展基于队列内多重随机对照试验设计(cmRCT)的真实世界干预研究,检验以情绪调节为核心的数字化多组分心理健康APP干预在提升积极心理特征(如幸福感)方面的促进作用;另一方面考察其在预防心理问题(如抑郁、焦虑)方面的预防效果  

Objectives of Study:

This study focuses on early adolescents and employs a cohort multiple randomized controlled trial (cmRCT) design to conduct a real-world intervention. It aims to examine the promotive effects of a digital multi-component mental health application (APP) centered on emotion regulation in enhancing positive psychological attributes (e.g., well-being), and, on the other hand, to evaluate its preventive effects in reducing the risk of mental health problems (e.g., depression, anxiety).

纳入标准:

促进性试验: 1.获得监护人的知情同意并有较好的依从性; 2.参与者具有良好的中文读写能力,可以独立完成问卷调查; 3.一年内未接受过心理治疗或心理干预; 4.未被诊断为器质性精神障碍、精神分裂症、孤独症、精神发育迟缓等。 5.基于基线评估,情绪调节能力较高。 预防性试验: 1.获得监护人的知情同意并有较好的依从性; 2.参与者具有良好的中文读写能力,可以独立完成问卷调查; 3.一年内未接受过心理治疗或心理干预; 4.未被诊断为器质性精神障碍、精神分裂症、孤独症、精神发育迟缓等。 5.基于基线评估,情绪调节能力较低。

Inclusion criteria

Facilitation trial: 1. Obtain informed consent from guardians and have good compliance; 2. Participants have good Chinese reading and writing skills and can complete questionnaires independently; 3. No psychotherapy or psychological intervention within one year; 4. Not diagnosed with organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, autism, mental retardation, etc. 5. High emotion regulation ability based on baseline assessment. Preventive Testing: 1. Obtain informed consent from guardians and have good compliance; 2. Participants have good Chinese reading and writing skills and can complete questionnaires independently; 3. No psychotherapy or psychological intervention within one year; 4. Not diagnosed with organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, autism, mental retardation, etc. 5. Low emotion regulation ability based on baseline assessment.

排除标准:

1.拒绝参与干预的儿童青少年及其父母; 2.中文的读写能力不够,无法独立完成中文的问卷调查; 3.过去一年内接受过心理问题治疗或参与过类似的心理干预; 4.任何原因无法完成干预课程。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Children and adolescents who refuse to participate in the intervention and their parents; 2. Insufficient Chinese reading and writing skills to complete the Chinese questionnaire independently; 3. Received treatment for psychological problems or participated in similar psychological interventions in the past year; 4. Inability to complete the intervention course for any reason.

以学校为单位整群随机化,随机分配序列由不参与试验实施和数据分析的独立统计人员生成。采用 Stata 14.2 软件中的 rct_minim 程序,使用带随机成分的最小化方法(bias-coin,p=0.80),保证学校在性别比例、年龄、学业成绩和家庭经济状况等方面的平衡。随机化单位为学校,按 1:1 比例分配至干预组或对照组。随机化过程在设定随机数种子的条件下完成,整个分配序列和日志由数据管理员保存以确保可追溯性。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Cluster randomization was conducted at the school level. The random allocation sequence was generated by an independent statistician who was not involved in the trial implementation or data analysis. Randomization was performed in Stata version 14.2 using the rct_minim program with a minimization procedure including a random element (bias-coin, p = 0.80) to ensure balance between schools in terms of gender distribution, age, academic performance, and socioeconomic status. Schools were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the intervention or control group. A random seed was set for reproducibility, and the complete allocation sequence and logs were stored by the data manager to ensure traceability.
