本研究旨在通过可穿戴传感器技术（IMU），构建老年前庭功能减退患者的多场景头部运动量化评估体系——涵盖常速、慢速及快速步行状态下的水平转头、垂直点头与双重任务，提取幅度、频率、角速度等核心参数标准；进而揭示慢速行走及复合头部任务中的动态平衡代偿机制，阐明前庭功能障碍对缓慢头部运动控制能力的影响；同时验证传感器参数（如头部角速度、运动幅度）与临床平衡量表（DGI、Mini-BESTest）及平衡信心量表（ABC）的关联性，为客观指标替代传统量表提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a multi-scenario quantitative assessment system for head movements in elderly patients with vestibular hypofunction using wearable sensor technology (IMU). This system will cover horizontal head rotations, vertical nodding, and dual-tasks during walking at normal, slow, and fast speeds, extracting core parameters including amplitude, frequency, and angular velocity. It further seeks to elucidate dynamic balance compensatory mechanisms during slow walking and complex head-movement tasks, clarifying the impact of vestibular dysfunction on slow head-movement control. Concurrently, it will validate the correlation between sensor parameters (e.g., head angular velocity, movement amplitude) and clinical balance scales (DGI, Mini-BESTest) as well as the balance confidence scale (ABC), providing an evidence-based foundation for replacing traditional scales with objective metrics.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁；（2）入组研究前两周未使用任何精神药物或抗头晕药物; （3）签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >= 60 years; (2) No use of any psychotropic or dizziness-reducing medications for 2 weeks prior to enrollment; (3) Written informed consent form signed.

排除标准：

（1）有器质性脑障碍、严重身体疾病或者其他重大精神疾病的; （2）酗酒或药物滥用或依赖; （3）有自杀意念或显著认知缺陷; （4）严重视力障碍或听力损失影响动作指令接收。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Presence of organic brain disorders, serious physical diseases, or other major mental disorders; (2) Alcoholism or substance abuse/dependence; (3) Suicidal ideation or significant cognitive impairment; (4) Severe visual or hearing impairment affecting comprehension of movement instructions.
