研究目的：

1.探究布比卡因脂质体用于前臂远端周围神经阻滞对手外伤患者神经阻滞后反跳痛及术后康复的影响； 2.通过提出防范PNB-RP的新措施，以提高对该病症的认识并改善治疗效果，为相关临床工作的开展提供更具体、有效的思路与策略。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the effect of bupivacaine liposomes on rebound pain and postoperative recovery in patients with hand trauma after peripheral nerve block in the distal forearm region; 2. By proposing new preventive measures for PNB-RP, to enhance the understanding of this condition and improve the treatment outcome, and provide more specific and effective ideas and strategies for related clinical work.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.选择行手术的手外伤患者； 2.性别不限； 3.年龄18~65岁； 4.BMI 18～30 kg /m2 ； 5.ASA Ⅰ或Ⅱ级； 6.手术区域涉及桡神经、正中神经和/或尺神经支配范围。

Inclusion criteria

1.Select patients with hand injuries ; 2.no gender limitation; 3.aged between 18 and 65 years; 4.BMI 18 to 30 kg/m^2; 5.ASA grade I or II; 6.The surgical area involves the areas innervated by the radial nerve, the median nerve and/or the ulnar nerve;

排除标准：

1.合并周围神经病变; 2.穿刺部位感染; 3.凝血功能异常; 4.合并前臂或上臂外伤，合并身体其他部位损伤; 5.局麻药过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined peripheral neuropathy; 2. Infection at the puncture site; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Combined forearm or upper arm trauma, combined with injuries in other parts of the body; 5. Local anesthetic allergy

The bupivacaine liposome group (Group L) performed peripheral nerve block distally for postoperative pain management: Under ultrasound guidance, the nerves to be blocked were selected based on the nerve innervation involved in the surgical area: The ulnar nerve of the forearm, the radial nerve, or the median nerve were selected, and 3 ml of 0.665% bupivacaine liposome was injected around each nerve.

本研究采用双盲。研究员甲负责招募研究对象、为受试者编序并记录患者的一般资料；研究员乙按照随机数表法为研究对象分配干预措施；在干预操作完成后，由研究员甲对受试者的各项指标进行评价并记录；研究员甲、乙互不知情，同时受试者对实施何种药物进行远端周围神经阻滞也不知情，受试者一直处于盲态。

Blinding：

This study adopted a double-blind method. Researcher A was responsible for recruiting the research subjects, numbering the participants and recording the general information of the patients; Researcher B allocated the intervention measures to the research subjects according to the random number table method; After the intervention operation was completed, Researcher A evaluated and recorded the various indicators of the subjects; Both Researcher A and Researcher B were unaware of each other's actions, and at the same time, the subjects were not informed about which type of drug was used for peripheral nerve block, and the subjects remained in a blind state throughout the process.
