研究目的：

1.探讨颈高比与无痛胃镜检查过程中低氧事件发生的关系；2.构建以颈高比为基础的低氧风险预测模型，并验证其准确性与实用性；3.为临床筛查高风险患者、优化麻醉管理提供新的风险评估工具，提升患者安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the relationship between neck-height ratio and the occurrence of hypoxic events during painless gastroscopy;2. To construct a hypoxia risk prediction model based on neck-height ratio, and verify its accuracy and practicability;3. To provide a new risk assessment tool for clinical screening of high-risk patients and optimization of anesthesia management, so as to improve patient safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75 周岁; 2.ASA 分级≤Ⅲ级Y需接受无痛消化内镜检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-75 years old. 2. ASA classification <= Ⅲ and requiring painless digestive endoscopy examination.

排除标准：

1.甲状腺肿大或甲状腺手术史； 2.其他颈部手术史； 3.严重心脑血管或肺部疾病； 4.严重肾脏或肝脏功能障碍； 5.神经认知或精神障碍； 6.癫痫或癫痫发作； 7.术前使用镇静药或镇痛药； 8.妊娠期哺乳期检查者； 9.麻醉药物过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Goiter or history of thyroid surgery; 2. History of other neck surgeries; 3. Severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular or pulmonary diseases; 4. Severe renal or hepatic dysfunction; 5. Neurocognitive or mental disorders; 6. Epilepsy or epileptic seizures; 7. Preoperative use of sedatives or analgesics; 8. Pregnant or lactating examinees; 9. Allergy to anesthetic drugs.
