本回顾性研究旨在探索新指标红细胞分布宽度与总血清钙比值(RTR)与重症监护室（ICU）中老年骨科手术患者谵妄发生率的关系，为患者的谵妄预警及早期干预提供更好的指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This retrospective study aims to explore the relationship between the new index red blood cell distribution width and total serum calcium ratio (RTR) and delirium incidence in elderly orthopedic surgery patients in intensive care unit (ICU), so as to provide better guidance for delirium warning and early intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.入住重症监护室患者；
2.进行过老年骨科手术患者；
3.年龄≥60；
4.首次住院，首次入住ICU 且入住ICU时间大于24h；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients were admitted to the intensive care unit; 2. Patients who have undergone orthopedic surgery in the elderly; 3. Age >= 60; 4. First hospitalization, first admission to ICU and ICU stay greater than 24h;

排除标准：

1.没有进行完整的CAM-ICU评估；
2.诊断为痴呆；
3.数据不全的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. A full CAM-ICU assessment was not performed; 2. Diagnosed with dementia; 3. Patients with incomplete data;
