研究目的：

1、探索RE患者的生物钟特点，及RE的严重程度与患者生物钟类型之间的关系，探索生物钟类型对于预测反流性食管炎严重程度的可靠性。 2、研究GERD患者的生物钟特点，及生物钟类型对GERD患者食管动力学及酸反流的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the chronotype characteristics of patients with RE, and the relationship between the severity of RE and the type of chronotype of patients, and to explore the reliability of chronotype type in predicting the severity of reflux esophagitis. To study the characteristics of the chronotype in GERD patients and the influence of different chronotype types on esophageal motility and acid reflux in GERD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞＝18 岁； 2.完善胃镜检查的患者； 3.有典型烧心、反流症状且胃镜报告结果为反流性食管炎的患者； 4.无烧心、反流症状且胃镜报告结果无明显异常的健康人群； 5.近2年内无重大生活作息变化（定义为工作时间变动、跨时区旅行、夜班转白班等） 6.临床资料完整的患者； 7.智商正常，能完成基本的交流与沟通。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years; 2.Patients who have undergone complete gastroscopy; 3.Patients with typical heartburn and reflux symptoms and whose gastroscopy results show reflux esophagitis; 4.Healthy individuals without heartburn or reflux symptoms and whose gastroscopy results show no significant abnormalities; 5.No significant changes in daily life routine in the past 2 years (defined as changes in working hours, cross-time zone travel, night shift to day shift, etc.); 6.Patients with complete clinical data; 7.Normal intelligence, able to complete basic communication and interaction.

排除标准：

1.临床资料不完整； 2.消化系统肿瘤史； 3.存在贲门失弛缓或流出道梗阻等疾病； 4.严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍的患者。 5.精神病患者、认知功能障碍能不给予充分问答的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Incomplete clinical data 2.History of digestive system tumors; 3.Presence of diseases such as achalasia of the cardia or obstruction of the outflow tract; 4.Patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys. 5.Patients with mental disorders and those with cognitive dysfunction who cannot be adequately questioned and answered.
