研究目的：

胎肺成熟程度与其出生后的肺功能密切相关，因此早期准确评估胎肺成熟度可指导临床医生治疗并改善新生儿预后，减低新生儿期呼吸系统疾病的发病率。本课题拟联合多种超声模式综合评估产前胎肺成熟度，为今后指导临床用药及预测新生儿呼吸系统疾病提供一项影像学参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The degree of fetal lung maturity is closely related to its lung function after birth, so accurate assessment of fetal lung maturity at an early stage can guide clinicians in treatment and improve the prognosis of newborns, and reduce the incidence of respiratory system diseases in the neonatal period. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate fetal lung maturity before birth by combining multiple ultrasound modes (two-dimensional ultrasound, three-dimensional ultrasound, and shear wave elastography) to provide an imaging reference basis for guiding clinical medication and predicting respiratory system diseases in newborns in the future.

纳入标准：

所有孕妇均>=18岁，单胎妊娠、体健、无不良妊娠史并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

All pregnant women were >=18 years old, singleton pregnancy, healthy, had no adverse pregnancy history, and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

母体因素：孕妇BMI＞30 kg/m^2、患有妊娠期并发症和合并症（高血压、先兆子痫、妊娠期糖尿病）和丧失行为能力的妇女。 胎儿和新生儿因素：胎肺或肝脏病理性疾病（肺囊腺瘤、肝血管瘤等），胎儿宫内生长受限（IUGR），极低体重出生儿，出生后诊断为结构或染色体异常。

Exclusion criteria：

Maternal factors: pregnant women with BMI > 30 kg/m^2, pregnant women with complications and comorbidities (hypertension, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes), and pregnant women with loss of functional ability. Fetal and neonatal factors: fetal lung or liver pathological diseases (pulmonary cystic adenoma, liver hemangioma, etc.), fetal intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), extremely low birth weight, and structural or chromosomal abnormalities diagnosed after birth.
