探讨以脯氨酸恒格列净片为代表的新型SGLT2i对T2DM 患者认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the impact of the new type of SGLT2i represented by Proline Hengglieqing Tablets on the cognitive function of patients with T2DM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、40周岁≤年龄≤80周岁，男女均可； 2、根据WHO诊断标准确诊为2型糖尿病； 3、患者6个月内未使用过SGLT2抑制剂类药物; 4、3个月内无急性脑梗死； 5、自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 40 years old <= age <= 80 years old, both men and women are acceptable; 2. Diagnosed as type 2 diabetes according to the WHO diagnostic criteria; 3. The patient has not used SGLT2 inhibitor drugs within 6 months; 4. No acute cerebral infarction within 3 months; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、1型或其他特殊类型糖尿病患者或糖尿病急性并发症患者； 2、合并严重感染、创伤等应激情况； 3、酒精依赖及药物滥用者； 4、合并精神障碍性疾病如抑郁症等，和/或长期服用精神类药物的患者； 5、需要药物治疗的充血性心力衰竭和其他严重的心肺疾病者； 6、 合并肿瘤和结核患者； 7、 甲状腺、 垂体、 肾上腺功能异常等内分泌代谢疾病患者; 8、 合并严重的视力、 听觉、 言语或书写障碍不能配合完成认知功能检查的患者； 9、 严重肝肾功能障碍者； 10、 妊娠或哺乳期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with type 1 or other special types of diabetes or those with acute complications of diabetes; 2. Those with combined severe infections, traumas and other stressful situations; 3. Alcohol-dependent and drug-abusing individuals; 4. Patients with combined mental disorders such as depression, and/or those who have been taking psychotropic drugs for a long time; 5. Patients with congestive heart failure and other serious cardiopulmonary diseases that require drug treatment; 6. Patients with combined tumors and tuberculosis; 7. Patients with endocrine and metabolic diseases such as abnormal thyroid, pituitary and adrenal functions; 8. Patients with combined severe visual, auditory, speech or writing impairments who cannot cooperate to complete the cognitive function examination; 9. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunctions; 10. Pregnant or lactating patients.
