研究目的：

用鼻腔负压置换术吸引抽出鼻窦内空气，在窦腔内形成负压，吸出鼻腔内分泌物，有效降低炎性因子水平、缓解黏膜水肿、提高黏膜纤毛功能及清除作用，达到促进UACS治愈的目的，从而消除鼻分泌物刺激咽喉的反射感受器所致的慢性咳嗽。  

Objectives of Study：

Nasal negative pressure replacement surgery is used to attract and extract air from the sinuses, creating negative pressure inside the sinuses and extracting secretions from the nasal cavity. This effectively reduces the levels of inflammatory factors, relieves mucosal edema, improves mucosal ciliary function and clearance, and promotes the healing of UACS, thereby eliminating chronic cough caused by nasal secretions stimulating the reflex receptors of the throat.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在1月-14岁患儿 2.符合慢性咳嗽诊断的患儿，且病因是上气道咳嗽综合征， 3.自愿参与本研究且病情稳定。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 1-14 years old. 2. Children who meet the diagnosis of chronic cough and have upper airway cough syndrome as the cause. 3. Children who voluntarily participate in this study and have stable conditions.

排除标准：

1.有鼻腔负压置换术相关禁忌症的患儿，如：鼻腔活动性出血、鼻部手术史。 2.有严重的全身性疾病的患儿，如血液系统疾病、鼻部肿瘤、高血压等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with contraindications related to nasal negative pressure replacement surgery, such as active nasal bleeding and a history of nasal surgery. 2. Children with severe systemic diseases, such as hematological disorders, nasal tumors, hypertension, etc.
